GROW Training was founded out of a simple belief: health & safety training should genuinely protect people — not just tick a compliance box. We observed many businesses struggling with generic training that was hard to apply and focused more on regulations than staff support. Our passion is to help businesses clearly understand their legal responsibilities, create safer, more confident workplaces, and protect employees and the public. Our mission is to move organisations beyond minimum compliance to build strong safety cultures where staff feel competent and safety is integrated into daily work.

Jenn's qualifications, including degrees in Healthcare Management and Innovation & Creativity, a Diploma in Learning & Development, and 'Train the Trainer' certifications, ensure our training is relevant, compliant with Irish legislation, and engaging. We offer a clear, supportive approach to compliance, moving businesses beyond box-ticking, and aim for ongoing partnerships.
